You ever hear that?

It's how I grew up.

How I was raised.

Worry about you and yours.

Mouth shut.

And I know that's the city in me.

But it's worked.

For me.

At least I think it has.

People are confounded as to how I can just go on musing about nonsense when the entire world is quite obviously going to sheet.

It is?

But here's the thing.

I don't think it is.

Or at least, at a faster or higher rate than it's always been.

I think we just have access to more people's businesses.

Doomscrolls on the can's worth.

That is a lot.

So we can and often do mind them far more than was ever possible before.

It's a good way to feel wonderful about yourself.
