All The Worlds

As a fan of old(ish) professional wrestling, you start to see the world as a work.

Work is a term used in PW to describe something that is prearranged.

Some call it fake, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Everything is staged.

If not rehearsed, it is at least discussed.

Prepared for.

Sure there's chaos.

Randomness.

But steps typically lead up to it.

That were talked about.

Practiced.

There's an old joke I heard about a guy who tried to get into Shakespeare.

He read all of Billy's works and just didn't really like it.

Why?

He explained, "It's too full of cliches."

...

Laugh.

Where was I?

Have you ever willed something into existence?

I mean, set a fantastic goal, an almost impossible one, and achieved it?

Things always look so possible after the fact.

Looking back.

You start stacking wins, and the impossible seems not only possible, but probable.

Inevitable.

Fake it till you make it.

Right.

If you fake it and you make it, was it fake?

I'm not sure.

And does fake just mean lying?

Must you lie to "make" it?

Be real.

Tell the truth.

Do they?

Don't hate the players.

Love the game.

Your move.

And...action!
