Although this service offers 5GB of email storage for free, it leaves a lot to be desired. It attaches a spam footer to all outgoing mail, has no SSL encryption for it's POP3 and SMTP users and the support is slow to respond to user inquiries. Although it advertises that users have the ability to upgrade to a fee based service with 30 GB of storage, that service in reality does not exist and users are left to send spam attached email with no security for the client users. Inbox.com has possibilities, but unless the company wants to act on making it a more attractive option, other email services will always have them outclassed.
